Yaaaayyy!! I did it! And as promised...

It's a bit purple around the barbell because of the dye he used to mark where he was going to be piercing.

Over all it went well, it didn't hurt that much but it hurt more than I was expecting. It was like getting a flu shot but the needle was wider... and in my tongue.

Actually I thought it was a bruise at first, I figured others might think so too. As for tongue bruising... maybe if you fight against a hardcore tongue boxer?

Congrats on your piercing! They're always so fun and happy. ^^
I've got a helix and a rook... the rook hurt tons worse, since it was a bit more cartilage to go through. And lobes, which I'm going to start gauging a bit, but not far.
My bro has an industrial and his lobes. He's thinking of getting a conch or a vert labret at some point.
We did a piercing jewelry swap for christmas, haha.

Imagine looking at it and thinking they're going to stick it into your penis.

It is generally at this point one starts to consider that getting a prince albert might not have been the smartest decision you ever made.

I try to keep needles and other sharp pointy things away from my penis at all costs. I stick my penis in things, not the other way around.

Who did it?

I got it done by Gary at Way Cool Tattoos Uptown. He was really good and professional, although a bit impersonal and just kinda got it over with. My first choice for a piercer was Blair who worked at Passage, but he stopped piercing recently and now only does scarring and branding. He was amazing when he did my friend and he was really friendly. But I settled for Way Cool, and they were very good and it turned out really well.

I'm happy with it.
