there is a website aptly named http://www.manga4free.com which has all of the voice of submission comics as well as a few others of note. It hasn't updated since 97 or some such, but I've been enjoying it for that long without the updates

Handy if all of section ones comic didn't link to burntoast media and spit out some login error insted of giving me the page.

Don't know I have Dragon Pink issue one in english, but word had it that back in 2000 when I got it, it was the only translated one. I supose now it'd more like have more of it translated but you never know.
