Random thought for the day

The happening place to be. Unless you go somewhere else that's more stimulating.

I walked so much yesterday I got dehydrated. Then this nice young dude gave me a mammoth cup of water, at Burger King. I felt soooo much better.

On a scale of 1-10 on how much I hurt today, I would say it's about a 17.

My town has a "Fall Cleanup Day" every year, where you can put stuff you normally can't put out for the trash out, and they'll pick it up. Just can't pick up dangerous/hazardous stuff.

Since we just moved, we put out a TON of crap that had been left over from the prior owners. This included probably close to a hundred pounds of scrap wood, tiki torches that had been broken long ago, and a front door complete with mail slot.

That was Sunday. When I left for work today, 2/3 of the huge pile of crap has been taken by people driving by. Another man's trash... Sheesh. :p

The door just amuses the hell out of me. Anyone need a door?!? Sheesh...

Cotton balls and athletic tape make a pretty decent improvised bandage, especially for your palm.

So does paper toweling and duct tape.

I don't remember what my password is, but thankfully it's automatically entered in the password rectangle when I sign on. I skipped running because Oblivion for the 360 sucked me in. I'm a level 12 Agnostic with a Staff of Lightning.

Over the Hedge was originally a comic strip. I had no idea.

I hate being told to take something home from work to work on over the weekend when it doesn't really need to be done that soon. At least as far as I'm concerned. I haven't even begun to think about Monday's comic.

After spending months designing and planning the ultimate pirate mini-golf course, I just discovered they've built one out at the derilect mall outside of town. It's got blacklights. Now why didn't I think of that?

So I get only four hours of sleep two nights in a row, then last night I finally got to bed early enough to have gotten ten hours. But instead, I slept eight hours, woke up, got up, and then went to bed two hours later, getting four more hours of sleep. My body's so messed up.

Over the Hedge is fun movie. It could've been better though in the writing department. I love the Ben Folds music. It was a nice surprise, especially his cover of "Lost in the Super Market" during the credits after a rewritten version of "Rockin' the Suburbs."

Went running today and it went surprisingly well. By that, I mean I didn't completely pass out when I got back.
