You aint kidding! It's not even funny! That's the bloody comic that knocked mine out after I'd been up 13 days! I was headed for the number 1 spot on the Hall of Fame before that came along and ruined everything! Now I'm stuck at number 3!

Alright, just to prove you all wrong and confrim my admittedly low ego, I submitted the Bananas in Pajamas comic that people won't let me live down.
It still has to be "approved" apparently. Which seems a little strange, but oh well.

All the comics have to be approved by the admin so they don't let super racist or whatever comics through. It's usually pretty quick.

Does anyone else find it overly limiting that this "Webcomics Battle" seems to only judge by how funny a strip is? This approach totally neglects the artwork and devalues genres other than humor and comics that are playing at different emotions than trying to make you laugh. Perhaps if the site's direction was changed moreso to cater to selecting the "best" all-around comic rather than just the "funniest" one, it'd be a more interesting and enjoyable experience.

Well, that's the way I've been taking it myself. I click on the one I think is the better product. Myself I go for humour as a big asset, but if I think one of the strips does a better job, it gets my click.

Apparently few others do that though.

Well, we were pretty even every time I checked. With one vote up or down.
I don't expect to win, really. The page is probably very unnacessible to people who haven't read more of my short comics.
I do have more pages prepared to enter this, though. I'm on a roll!

Funniest is a wrong way to phrase it, I guess, but most of people probably still vote for the comic that leaves overall better impression on them. But it is a wrong way to phrase it since in might lead some people to judge mostly on humor.
