It does not take a majority to prevail ... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men. - attributed to Samuel Adams

“To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them.” - Richard Henry Lee

Looks to me like childhood innocence and puberty just collided head on.
Despite his words, that looks like wide eyed wonder on Eugenes face, so innocence seems to be coming out on top.
And, puberty comes back with a left hook!

Not to sound sarcastic, but the sailor suit looks like it covers more than what she has on right now...

Unless, she's referring to her original costume from a few years ago... Which would have a little difficulty keeping up with... current developments. :shucks:

As Tagger'd already said, "Boy, if they'd only waited a few years..."

Reminds me of a quote from an old sci-fi show a few years back...

Hacker to alien hybrid who just went from kid to adult in ten seconds:
Believe me, you didn't miss anything. Puberty sucked.
I'm lost. I've gone to find myself. If I should return before I get back, please ask me to wait. Thanks.

I felt a great disturbance in the Force... as if millions of voices said 'Yes' all at once and were suddenly silenced by odd looks from people nearby.

*chuckles* I didn't even need to see the third panel to know what was going to happen. Well done.

With Tagger's reaction to BeBe, he should remember that her sister, Little Bit, has a crush on him already and could grow up to be like her sister. Only she'd be the right age for Tagger. That's a thought that ought to REALLY blow Tagger's mind at his current stage of development.

If he didn't start running for his life (or at least his virtue) first.

I know. Aili was 16 or so when we met, and although I ran like a madman (I was nearly old enough to be her father at that time, damnit! I am NOT a perv!) I never had a chance. She decided she wanted me, and I wasn't going to be allowed any choice in the matter.

Poor Tagger - he's never gonna know what hit him 'til it's way too late.

What would be so strange about them as a couple? They've got matching front teeth...

I suspect his reaction will be somewhere between Tuck's (when Thelma got her makeover) and having to be revived with smelling salts.

I think this reaction would sum it up. :o
