Heh. Just wanted to drop in for a minute to say that I really like your comic surprisingly enough. The art is pretty good. Its just that usually comics with a.... spartan style tend to turn me off. But I was going through the first ones where it was just X and Bekka standing there and talking, and the talking was interesting enough that I wanted to see what would happen next. So, yeah. Good job on the comic.

thanks. i was hoping that was how people would react. i'm gradually building up some scenery and more body parts. i hope that by now, the audience can have an idea of where the characters "are".

I really like the style you draw your comic in. I was wondering. Do you paint? Or is it all in markers? Do you plan out stuff or write it on has it goes? Just wondering! =)

the eaisest answer to your question is "yes".

in early versions of the strip, all the colors were done with acrylic ink. then i switched to marers, but sometimes i like to do things in ink washes because the markers smell bad, or i'm just in a mood to paint. i also color in photoshop when i get a chance to use the drawing tablet at my uni's library.

i have a basic idea of what the plotline is going to be, and i'll write little scripts in my head, but mostly the dialouge happens when i'm drawing the strip for the first time. i don't have a writer, so i'm kinda free to do whatever i want. (this is both good and bad).
