Well....I am an extrovert, always comfortable even talking to strangers, make a lot of friends....but I don't go out so often....Jackhass wrote:Most people who draw comics will probably be introverted...
...most people who a super-active social life aren't a) going to spending a lot of time reading comics and watching cartoons and thus wouldn't be much interested in doing a comic in the first place and b) wouldn't spend much time learning and practicing drawing and c) probably aren't that funny. A sense of humor is often a developed as a defense mechanism for people who feel unpopular or have low self-esteem. You don't really see many well-adjusted studly good looking stand-up comics, now do you?
About being funny...I noticed that I draw more people cos I am funny and having people think you are "cool" is good for your self-esteem.
The real creativity lies in hiding your sources.

I am regularly the life and soul of the party, but I always pick introverted on these things. I mean, I enjoy being the girl who makes stuff fun and keeps things interesting and, y'know, has had this crazy-whacko life with all these crazy-whacko stories... but frankly I'd much rather be sitting at home with the internet. Just ask Zwuh - we spent our little rendevous in Sydney doing awesome out-going-type touristy stuff... interrupted by my freaking out and demanding internet every two or three hours.
I've always had a super active social life though. :| I manage to fit it around the internet, though.

I am terribly introverted unless I am with certain friends, who can somehow transform me into a guy who will play music and crack bad jokes on stage in front of plenty of people, and interview random strangers on the beach in a bright red suit, and ride brooms throughout Wal-Mart, and...you get the idea.
Me too. I'm not really a pervert in real life.PeppermintAfterlife wrote:Somewhere in between. Though I am way more extroverted on the internet.
OK, yes I am.

Just remember you said you'd definitely be drinking with us this year.Keffria wrote:Wow, it looks like most of us are introverts ... Funny, you wouldn't think so, based on the Wacky Adventures and Strange Conversations that go on around here -- I guess it goes to show you that the internet, like beer, significantly lowers one's inhibitions.
