This first post here is very important. Any updates will be edited into this first post. If you have any questions, read this post to see if they've been answered. Highlights of the submission process for you to know.
If your site hasn't updated for the past 7 days, your pog will not show up on the main page. It is still in the system, though, so don't think it's been deleted.
If your pog is a PNG file, it must be in PNG-8 format. PNG-24 will not work and it will be rejected.
Your Genchan must be a JPG file. PNG and GIF will not work and it will be rejected.
If your pog has been rejected, it is more than likely for technical or aesthetic reasons, i.e. it doesn't look good on the dark background. If this is the case, you will be told what you need to do in order to fix it.
We have a group of three people who determine quality control for the pogs and chans. They are Joel, Keffria, and Cookie. They are there for the good of the community, not to be mean to you. Do not take a rejection personally.
If, for some reason you do take a rejection personally, do not post about it on the forum for all to see. PM either the person who initially PMed you, or one of the other members on quality control.
I don't really mind if you want to post your finished Genchan or pog in this thread, but note that we will not upload it for you. You must upload it in siteadmin.
Please don't upload your images more than once unless you are told to resubmit. If, for whatever reason, you aren't sure yours has gone through, ask before uploading it for a second, third, whatever time.
Do Not Submit an Image More Than Once With The Same File Name
There is a check system that makes sure things don't get sent in twice however Kisai says: I think I know how people are getting around the detection and uploading twice they are saving with the same filename again but they changed the image therefor defeating the md5 check.
What we see, then, is two images that need approval, but they're really the same image since the filename is the exact same. With the exception of Kisai, we can't just delete one because what happens is those slots which were duplicate are now broken images and we have to whine to Kisai to fix it. The only way we can deal with it is to delete all the duplicates and request that you re-submit it once.
If you've made a mistake and would like to replace your old submission with a new one, it would be best to PM someone who can delete it for you (Cookie, Joel, Keffria, or me).

Subhuman, I've been trying to look into your problem, but I'm having an issue with the main page and siteadmin right now, in that I can't seem to get any images to load.
Yeah, sorry for locking the thread on you like that. Like I said, directly viewing any of the pogs gives you that alt text rather than the one which shows on the front page. Your chan has not been approved yet, but I see no reason why your pog shouldn't be showing up.
I am still refreshing to see if I can find it, though.

If your submission is in limbo, the "Approved For Use" column in the Promo/Banner/Newsbox/Pog/Chan images section of siteadmin will say "No."
If your submission is rejected, you'll receive a PM, and you submission will disappear from the Promo/Banner/Newsbox/Pog/Chan images section of siteadmin.
If your submission is accepted, the "Approved For Use" column in the Promo/Banner/Newsbox/Pog/Chan images section of siteadmin will say "Yes."

Okay, my submission has simply disappeared...but I haven't got a PM about it. I'll assume it was rejected though...*sniffle*. I'll have to make sure my next one is good and G-rated I guess.

Jackhass, I can't remember having seen either your pog or your chan in the siteadmin. But right now I'm having difficulties logging in, too. You will definitely get a notice if either gets rejected, but so far, I don't think they have been either approved or rejected.
