Had .keenspace.com? Switch problems here.

Post by STrRedWolf »

If you have a third party domain being directly served by us, you're excused and this doesn't apply to you. If you redirect your third party domain to us, listen up.

On Jan 11th, 2006 I "threw the switch" and made all comics redirect from keenspace.com to comicgenesis.com. You all had your warning it was comming, and now it's happened.
  • Can't FTP? Your comic's domain is now usernamehere.comicgenesis.com. FTP into that now. The Web-FTP also still exists at http://siteadmin.comicgenesis.com:8080.
  • Parts of your pages broke? You need to edit your template and pre-compiled HTML pages, and do another update.
  • Something else on CG broke? Let me know here.
  • Truck broke, wife divorced you, and your dog ran away? Sorry, not CG related.

So, let's say, as an example, I was well aware of all this ahead of time and just slacked-off and forgot about it...I could upload changed templates and change the redirect to the .comicgenesis and not miss a beat?

I can't access my logs. The login window just keeps popping back up no matter how many times I type in the correct username and password.

Are you logging into the new siteadmin? If so, you use your forum username first and attach your comic to it.

how do I attach my comic to it?

I always used to be able to log in with my keenspace username and keenspace password.

my forum username is different from my comicgenesis username.
