Sorry, the "most sinister" villians in the Dr.Who universe can't navigate stairs! Good thing there's ADA and DDA laws now. The poor things would be totally defeated otherwise. And the english think that our TV shows are crap???

At least Star Trek geeks started writing porno fan fiction almost from the very beginning.

Actually they can now. Admittedly they now look like Dalek Chavs with the bling and the underlighting but it does work so...

well, i can sorta see where they're coming from, i mean, the Dalek manifesto is summed up pretty much as "if it's not Dalek, kill it" so Dalek's kidnaping and molesting does seem a tad out of character....

that said, the C&D order was a stupid mistake.

Heh ... The new installment is quite good, quite good. That Dalek does sound like a Twinkie at the end, but it looks like tentacle-fiend-girl isn't going to get it anytime soon. ^^

Frankly, It's a bit silly.... but I can almost side with them on this. They Daleks weren't being parodied(as far as I could tell), but were actually being used as Daleks, thus it's a copyright infringment...(presuming British copyright laws are the same as american) still...

This is why Dr Who will never return as an actual television series. The villains are all completely retarded and un-frightening and the fans wont let anyone move away from the original to make it less retarded.

Hate to break it to you but it has, second new series will be coughed up fairly soon.
