They were part of the problem... the other problem was my webhosting situation.

My ultracheap webhost started to act like it was going to bolt on me. So I moved PoorlyDrawnComics.com elsewhere. When they came back online, I made backups and put another domain name on the space (since I have it until April.)

Well, the backups didn't work, and apparently changing the domain name makes a forum blow up to the point where even the admin can't log in anymore. So.... poop.

So, I finally just moved over here. Let somebody else deal with the headache, I always say!

That's what I'll do... let Comic Genesis worry about the hosting and the forums, and I'll just point a domain name to my site (if I eventually get one... what should I use... seriouslysuzy.com?)

It's not like I'll get a million visitors (but I do have over 4,000!) so I won't have to worry about bandwidth charges.

Well, the shorter the better.... like suzycomic.com would be good.

Yahoo had (and may still have $2.99/yr domains.) You can point it here until you get hosting elsewhere....
