This one gets my vote! Seriously, there's NO way that wasn't intentional.

I can hear it now...

Artist- "I'm overworked."
Company- "Make our product!"
Artist- "I havn't had a break in five years."
Company- "Make our product!!!"
Artist- "FINE! I'll make your stupid product."
*one batman toy later*
Artist- "Hah! Take that, Company."
Company- "We love it!
Artist- "....what?"

There's also the transvibrator that they made for the PS2. There was this game called Rez, which was pretty good though nigh synesthesia inducing. It was a rail shooter that revolved around the creation of music. Trance, to be exact. There was this attatchment that you could plug into the console that was sort of like a glorified rumble packe. It would, er, rumble in time with the music.
