I got quite drunk last night with the good ol' US Marines. And they're all very impressed with my legendary beer downing skills. They made me do a 40 like 3 times so they could video it. On their bill. I had no complaints.

Your troops are easily amused, my friends.

Through a couple of friend and family connections, I've managed to organize a visit to Bardel Entertainment, an animation studio in Vancouver!

Animation is my dream career, so I'm understandably exited about the whole thing.

I plunked down nearly $600 today in order to buy my wife some glasses that make her look (and more importantly, FEEL) Hawt As Hell.

Money. Well. Spent. :D

Marines do two things. Shoot and drink. Sometimes they shoot while drinking, and this leads to hilarity and paperwork. If you impressed a bunch of Marines with drinking skills then I truly want to party with you. But not the Marines.

Duh. We express ourselves in grunts and guttural sounds (hooah and oorah). What did you expect?

Met the 'rines again on their last day of shore leave. Apparently they went around the ship showing the videos to their friends. It was weird, all the new guys I met were like "Dude, its YOU! Lemme buy you a beer."
It's been a good laugh

And Laem we HAVE to party

That could prove difficult. Though he has been wearing it around the house for the last few hours, so who knows.
