i've found that the burn/dodge tools work well for highlights on hair.

I like three. It's very surreal and soothing, though it needs falling leaves/snow/cherry blossoms to give it the right look.
Two hotdogs are cooking on a barbecue one day, and the first hotdog turns to the other and says, "Boy, it sure is hot in here," and the other hotdog responds, "Whoah! A talking hotdog!"

I told you this in the tip! *sigh* but I'll tell you again in less mysterious ways... I make a light area[mostly with the dodge tool, but that depends on the color...] and then I use the smudge tool to make it pointy by draging from under the highlight up and down... yup, pretty easy...Krazy Krow wrote:Er, I meant how did you do the hair highlights?
