There used to be a TV series called Mystery Science Theater 3000 (info on IMDB, info on TV Tome) in which a guy was trapped in space and was forced to watch bad scifi movies. The show was basically the sillouette of the guy and two robots in a movie theater watching the movie and commenting on it. It's pretty funny.
So we had this idea, to do the same thing with webcomics, in which our characters sit down and comment on a webcomic strip, silouetted in a movie theater. It would be one of our main characters and a cynical cat and dog:

And for this we need people who are willing to let us use their strips.
Yes, we'd make fun of the drawing and the story, but not in a way that would put the comic or the creator down ! This just may prove to be impossible, but let's give it a try. Before putting the strip online, we'd make sure the artist is completely okay with our comments and remarks. If they're not, the thing doesn't go online. If they change their mind after it's been put up, it's taken down again. We would try to refrain from comments that would offend the creator, but instead focus on harmless elements the creator is okay with: "Haha, it's true I can't draw feet!"
By commenting on a strip we'd not want to imply any feelings of superiority over that strip. If you like, you can do the same thing with our comic (just ask us first).
Like I said, this might have been done before, and this might prove to be impossible. Who wants to give it a try?
