All the places it tells me to go, it comes up with

Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Apache/1.3.14 Server at www.keenspace.com Port 80

I don't even know where to enter my password! I'm confused! What am I doing wrong?
Oh, and if it's a speed problem, I have cable and I've done this about 30 times now so I doubt that's the problem.

You're new to the Internet, aren't you?
For accessing your account to upload files to /workspace/, use FTP.
For accessing reference documents (or any http:// web address), use your web browser. That goes double for accessing your account's logs and Site Admin.
------------------

Well, I'm using IE, and accessing either of them results in

Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Apache/1.3.14 Server at www.keenspace.com Port 80

Seems like I'm not getting this. Can someone help me out a bit more?

Well
http://members.keenspace.com/ore/
Is definately accessable. I checked it out and went there.
Are you inputting your username/password at any point?
Try closing down ALL your browsers and starting with a clean IE browser, then go to your members page as above. It should pop open a little window asking for your username/password.

You know what? I just figured it out. It was something in my internet settings, because when I set everything to default, it popped up. Sorry for causing all the annoyance, but thanks for all the help. I guess I'll start now.
