Really not much point to this, but what the heck. :)
Yes, according to the date on the first post Angie did welcoming us all here, the message board is a month old today. And already has WAY over 200 posts, though about 2/3 of them are just SpiritWolf and I. ;)
So, how about for the anniversary, we all try to bring in ONE new poster? :) Get some more new names in and some fresh ideas contributing. :)
*hugs and congrats to Angie*

{blinks} Well that's stranger than I thought it would be. It's like a cross-dimensional message board where the characters of Dakota's Ridge can tell us what they think about the comic that they're in that's done by Angie which is also on this message board. o.O
Of course, none of the above is valid but it made for an amusing paragraph, innit?
Welcome aboard Arno, nice to have you here. Even though you were already here, you just weren't here, here.
That was extastentialist.

Of course, what would be really scary is if everyone recorded themselves singing; "Happy Birthday dear Message Board!" and saved it as WAVs. Then someone could combine the WAVs using a sound program and save it as an MP3. Then it could be posted on the site and Angie's amount of hits per day would go down rapidly.
"I don't want to be assosciated with those freaks!". ;>

*L* "Happy birthday dear message boared"? Gee, I don't know, I hardly know it... And my sound card won't record... ;)
And I knew I was feeling a bit odd lately, but I couldn't put my firnger on it. Now I know! I'm part of a contradiction in terms that exists in our universe. So... DOes anyone know how to keep a universe from imploding? ;)
There, from happy birthday to imploding universes... Thread drift? Me? ;)

one bakery in my town has this funky thing where if you take in a picture, they scan it and print it out in edible sugar, and put that on the cake. :P Shame we couldn't all get together in real life to eat it. *L* Hmm. Who wants to plan a DR-con? ;)

Yep. You call in the Continuity Police (tm). They do all the clean up work for you, only problem is is that you have to pay the Multiversal Government to be under their jurisdiction and that can mean pretty heavy taxes. So unless you have loads of precious minerals at hand, don't worry about it. Besides, it might be fun. ;>

Hmmm... *Checks his heavy mineral piggy bank* Darn, I knew I whouldn't have gone shopping. Ah well... I doubt anyone'll notice me squawking at work or anything... ;)
More on topic, what'll happen when Dakota's Ridge is one year old? *L* Are we all going to have cake? ;)

Oh yes indeedy, I would hope so, with lots of frosting. ;> Though if Angie could draw Dakota, Rocky or anyone in icing, I would be really and truly impressed. Though then again, I expect she could. ;>

*L* I was actually thinking about this con idea, scary? yes. ;) The thing is, of the people posting in there, going by majority it's have to be eastern midwest, USA, or Europe, to be closest to the most people. *L* On average, we'd probably end up on the mid atlantic ridge. *L*
Though Angie is in the USA, so that should count extra, right? ;)

Well, it was all to do with the Loom of reality see. You'd weave parts in, sew parts out and generally those using it would operate it in great balance. However, some mischievous youth managed to get access too it and he weaved the theme from a summer's place into the thread, many times -- and thus, the fabric of reality is now pulling apart!
I know that that was off topic ... but I couldn't resist. ;p
