I can't login to Siteadmin. [solved]

I haven't posted a comic page up in a while, but when I tried to upload a new one, Siteadmin refuses to allow me to login. It doesn't recognise my password or username. I've tried logging in and out of the forum, but it hasn't helped so far. I've tried using different browsers to login, but that hasn't helped either. Any suggestions?

Had the same exact problem. I hadn't posted a comic until recently or modified any webpages...thus haven't used siteadmin in a while. One theory I have is that perhaps siteadmin is not compatible with Firefox 3.0 or some browsers. It says that my "browser" was broken. I thought it was my password. Most likely it's the browsers themselves...

Same thing happened to me, it said my browser was broken after I tried to enter my password multiple times. I thought it could be firefox, so I tried Internet Explorer and that still didn't work.

Which Internet Explorer were you using? Because on the page that says "your browser is broken", it suggests that IE7 would work. Is there like a time limit that if you don't visit siteadmin in two months that it'll boot you out? I'm still able to upload my webcomics via FTP client.

If you have not logged in for a few weeks, note that the CG system has changed slightly.

All usernames have had their first letter capitalized. So londonunderground is now Londonunderground and deadend is now Deadend.

Make sure that you log out of the forums, log back into the forums with the right capitalization and then SiteAdmin ought to let you back in. Post again if you still have trouble.
