Anyone else remember/miss "The Life of Riley", of clanbob.net?
I used to have the first 200 or so comics saved (never did get the chance to download the whole archive)... seems time has misplaced or deleted them on me. But there's one that will always stick with me...
"In a moment of perverse genius, Aaron hooks his Atari 2600 up to the Dolby Digital 5.1 entertainment system."

Please tell me I'm not alone in my remeniscing?

Re: Swallowed by the Digital Abyss
Holy crap, I remember that comic.
About once every two years I remember it and wonder what happened to it. I miss Death Dance Revolution and orbital paintball. :{
I also miss Acid Reflux, but at least the archives of that are still up. And it even had a resurgence back in 2005.

I make Acid Reflux references fairly often, though sometimes it's hard to tell if those references were from somewhere else first. In turn I will add "Two Points of View". Great comic, disappeared midstoryline (server crash broke author's heart? dunno). In 2002 (according to archive.org) it was getting ready for revamp:
