I'd rather they put their energy into the difficult job of making it better and then explaining.

Rather, I spend 8 hours a day e-mailing grumpy people, and I wouldn't wish that trial on anybody's who's busy making my stuff work again.

Kisai and I are battling a rather quirky web server software, again. We're working on it, hopefully with ether a work-around or a full-on cure. It's a mess, we know.
