So uh...any particular reason everytime I visit my site a popup comes up at the top of the screen saying "To protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer"?
Also when I click on the link to the messageboards on my page instead of going to the boards I get a download popup instead.
I mean, the site seems to be working fine otherwise, but this is strange all the same...
IE blocking files from being downloaded? Huh? [solved]

I didn't get that message, but I'm guessing that it may have been one of the ads... maybe.
There isn't much in your code that could force a download, except maybe the statcounter code.
By the way, the statcounter code looks like it was removed and replaced at some stage. The second half of it has been doubled and there's an extra var sc_security="791bfbd5"; in it and it's showing up t the bottom of the page.
Also, the messageboard link (that links to the forum) should be linked to: http://forums.comicgenesis.com/viewforum.php?f=848 you are currently linked to: viewforum.php?f=8481 which gives a "forum does not exist" message.
At a guess, I'd say your templates were reverted to an older version for some reason...
