I'm having a problem changing the page that my comic opens up at. When I try to use the "If not index.html, what page should be shown?" box in the Advanced options, It doesn't actually change anything. Rather than change from indextemplate.html to chapterframeset.html; but even after updating the site, I still get indextemplate.html showing up.
Here is my site, the way it's currently looking: http://londonunderground.comicgenesis.com/
and here is the webpage I'm trying to get to appear as the main page: http://londonunderground.comicgenesis.c ... meset.html
as you can see, the webpage is working, it's been uploaded fine, so I'm guessing it's a problem with siteadmin.
:EDIT: I don't know if it's just a problem with it being recently updated, but it appears the advertisements aren't popping up. The tags still there in the code though, so I'm not going to get in trouble for that, right?
:ANOTHER EDIT: Damn, now I've got two adverts on one page...
If not index.html, what page should be shown?

Lamentably, the "If not index?" option isn't working.
The way you were trying to do it is pretty much exactly how it's meant to be done, but the option is either broken or disabled.
You'll get two ads if the ***advertisement*** tag isn't found before the comic (above it). The server assumes that it's not there and puts it in for you.
I'm not sure how to fix it with your current frames set-up.

The advert has to be at the top of the page, but with the frames setup that you use, there is very little actual code on any of the pages that are meant to show up (all your pages are inside the frames).
You will probably get a much better result by using div's to give you the nav bar on the left, have your indextemplate display your chapter links then make one 1x1 pixel to be the comic sometime this month and date all your other comics as back in the 90's.
This way, the 1x1 pixel is always on your index as the "latest page", and when you add new comics they'll be added to your previous pages.
The only downside being that you can only update pages that you want displayed - you'll never have a buffer.
As for the "if not index?" being fixed - no idea. I think that it is extremely low priority at the moment.

Ok, I don't want to screw around with it too much. Although it's a really good idea to use indextemplate as the chapter selection page, wouldn't that mean I'd lose the use of the 'newest page' button?
I'll try to fix up all the pages to the way they once were, and I'll leave the advanced options to the new chapter selection page, that way if the option ever does come back online, hopefully it'll pop up with the nice new page instead.
Thanks for your help.
