Can't download pog template

I really want to make a pog to submit for my webcomic, but it won't let me download the template from the CGWiki pages. Everytime I try to do it, an error message comes up and says:

"The compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted."

I have downloaded zipped folders before so I don't think there's anything wrong with my computer. Am I supposed to get the template somewhere else or is the problem already known and in the process of being fixed?

Just click and it'll give you a download pop-up. (Don't bother right-clicking. You'd just be saving an asp file)

I downloaded it and uploaded it a while back, so if the 'proper' one was damaged during the server move or something, this one will be ok.

If it's not, there's a chance it may be your computer. Try downloading a zip file from download.com (any one) and see if you can open that one.
