The Foxfire Chronicles needs you!

Post by Turnsky »

okay folks, i'm putting out the call for guest art early since i don't know specifically how long it'll be...

basically, i'm beginning to wind down book one of my Comic, the foxfire chronicles after god knows how long, anywho, i need guest strips, from a particular perspective, all on the same thing.. i figure it might be a bit of a fun experiment to see what people can come up with.
Eyewitness account, The Second Chernobyl incident, 28th july, 2010[/i]
"many people have reported a strange rumbling like an earthquake for at least 2 hours before the initial explosion before the large concussive "explosion" and bright flash of light that was seen for many miles around, claims that it resembled the Tunguska explosion of 1908 ended when emergency crews from both the ukraine and belarus both came to the site of the infamous nuclear power facility, only to find a large "hole" some 150km in diameter where there was earth, now resembled something as though a giant came and scooped out this large chunk of the planet. one worked described it as a large "divot in the earth" which is slowly filling up with water from what remains of the chernobyl river, and the local water table, authorities are at a complete loss as to what caused this new cataclysm"
that's the general gist of it, basically what i'm after is a "media" perspective, whether it be local news, press conferences, cable news, eyewitness interviews, that sorta thing, the general feel of it may be how other news folks would react, discuss, blah blah blah.

basic rules are as follows, Human (or human-like in appearance) only.
MUST be 720 pixels wide.
Clean in content, remember, no bad language..
as for art quality, as long as it's clean, and somewhat understandable, it's okay by me, no need to go all out with the color and stuff.
:)
Time limit, well, at least 2 weeks or three, plenty of time for some folks, as people will (hopefully) start posting some, this might extend.

so there you go, have at it! feel free to ask any questions if you need to.

I'll try and get something together, but I warn you, my art is not up to your standards.

cool, three takers, don't worry about quality, as long as it's not eye-gougingly bad or naked news, i don't mind.. :P
