Good God WHAT am I doing wrong??

I recently signed up for a comic genesis page to host my comic, but for the life of me I CANNOT sign into this "new siteadmin" I keep getting told to go to because some function or other is depreciated, and every time I click on my comic so I can edit it, I get BAD GATEWAY or some such crap.

I'm going NUTS here. Why is the internet trying to make me cry?

Help a noob out?

Did you get your site application fully processed? It takes time for the account to actually be added to the service, since they're all done manually.

You're sure you're going into the NEW one, right? The one linked through the "Login" button at the bottom of this page? Because that sounds like the old one.

For the new siteadmin, make sure you enter your forum name and password to get in, not your comic name. Then, it'll take a little while after signing up for the comic to be available to update.

Yeah, everything was processed and all that, it's been probably almost a month by now, so I don't know why it wouldn't work.

For quick access, I recommend adding the Site Admin login page to your favorites. Or bookmarks. Or whateveryoucallthem.

I find that a big time saver.

Another neat feature is the web-based FTP. For some reason FrontPage (or the one on my computer, anyway) doesn't work well with CG. That, and I really don't trust free and near-free FTPs. Not after what happened to one of Dad's computers. (Very messy, lots of malware. Still haven't gotten it completely cleaned out. And that was years ago.)
