*cheers* Congrats! One year is a definite milestone, and you get the dreaded Mineka-hug for getting there *glomps Linkara*
I shall definitly, get you something by the end of next week. Though to save on the whole "I can't spell names" I think I'll just be safe and make it a pretty picture, or rather as pretty as I can do.
Congrats again! Keep up ze comic!

Congratulations, Linkara!
This webcomic, seen here is hosted on the free web host Comic Genesis which pretty much proves its not popular.
Oh noes! Read all about the tormented artist I am!

Big congratulations. Don't worry if you don't like your artwork--it just takes practice. I'm nowhere near being good at drawing, but I'm much better than I was a month ago.
My comic is only a month old, and my art still isn't very good, so I hope to be celebrating a one year anniversary with a vast improvement in my skills.

I think this is a good time to introduce Webcomic New Year Resolutions. Since your comic turned a year old Linkara, make a few promises as to what you want to do with your comic for the next year! When your comic turns two, come back to this page and see if you held true to your word!
I think it's a good idea. I love self-reflection.

Alrighty, Senshi! ^_^
*Ahem.*
1. I strive to create more compelling villains, possibly even get around to finally doing the White Raven storyline that I pulled when people advised against me doing it (with lots of modifications).
2. I'd like to get good enough at my art and have the free time to do a Lightbringer graphic novel.
3. Restore my buffer to three months.
4. Give an explanation for the Smiling Man!
5. Get at least one recognized comic professional to read and like the comic (yeah, this one'll be happening REAL soon...)
Well, that's all I can think of for now. NOW GET BACK HERE WITH THAT CAKE!

It can actually. If you go to Image Comics forums, there are pros that talk with regular posters all the time. I'm sure one of them will be kind enough to take a look at your stuff. I had at least 10 comicbook pros (from that forum and a comic convention) look at my work, and Humbug's actuallyLinkara wrote:Alrighty, Senshi! ^_^

Of course, Humbug got better reviews. lol. but I was happy, nonetheless.

Getting them to like it is the important part of it. ^_~ I actually know a reviewer at Newsarama who said he'd be willing to review my comic whenever I requested it, but I decided to hold off on it until the artwork improved... which means I'll probably be waiting another week or two. ^^;;
I didn't even know Image HAD boards.
*Makes a not to check that out later.*
