[INFO] Forum mail w/o someone to go to.

Folks, a person contacted me and Kisai about the forum emails having no "To" field, and that they all had everyone's mail sent to them via the "Bcc:" field which is stripped by the mail software.

As a temporary fix, I've made it so that it goes "To" nobody here at CG. So there's an explicit nobody.

If you had problems getting notifications, and suddenly you're getting them now, let me know here. I want to know if the fix worked, so I can dig through and find out for sure that it's the problem.
