I hate to be that guy, or seem like a complete moron, but I ended up going on hiatus from my comic for about a year and a half, and now can no longer remember my password. I got a new computer in the process, and while I could dig up my old hard drive and use the ftp program I had with my password saved, I'm not sure if I actually wrote down my password anywhere, I know I had it memorized and it's still just on the outskirts of my brain. Plus it would be nice to be able to log in and change my account some.
I went to the lost password tool and put in my comic username, but I was unclear as to what the custom password field was for. I ran the tool and everything seemed fine, but no email ever arrived. Am I supposed to wait for 14 days like when signing up for a new comic?
I'm concerned because I changed the name of my comic right before I stopped, but I don't think that should change the comic username. Also I remember I had trouble before with all my contact information showing up, and I might not have had an email listed with my account. Is it possible my comic still has no email listed and doesn't know where to send my password?
Just thought I'd post here before sending out any emails.

If I'm remembering how I did it last, the custom password field is where you fill in your new password. (It then emails you the code to activate that particular password, and brings it active... a little later. I forget how long that part took.) I got the email back right away, too, so the problem might just be that you didn't fill in the password field.
