Comic pitch: Raising Zoe

Post by Andreth »

Hi all,

I would like your feedback on my first web comic called "Raising Zoe" on http://www.raisingzoe.net.

It's about the toy animals of my baby daughter Zoe as they comment on (and make fun of) parenting and other stuff happening.

I started out in March and there are 69 comics published at the moment.

Thanks,

Andre.

I've been reading through your archives, and it's a pretty cute idea you've got going on. ^_^ My only critique would be to try saying the lines out loud a few times before you write them in, since the dialogue seems a little unnatural as it is now. Dialogue's about writing the words the way people actually say them, not in proper classroom English. ^_^ The idea and situations are really cute though, I'm enjoying reading it!

Hi moonshadow,

Thanks for your feedback.
As a non native speaker I sometimes mess things up ;)

But I'll keep it in mind when writing new comics!

Regards, Andre.

I'm still reading through many of the archives, and I have to say that this is a very cute comic. I can't wait to see what else you come up with. Keep up the good work. :D
