Can anyone help me with getting started on Pig Panda?

How do I sign up with Big Panda? Do I put up their links first, and then sign up, or sign up first? And where do I sign up? I tried their "Submit a comic" page and nothing came of it. How long does it take for them to add your comic to their list? And what about getting my image and description added in as well?
Big Panda never responded to my E-Mail, so I'm stuck looking for alternative sources of info. Anyone have any answers?<P>-CaspianX (Why does this have to be so complicated?)

Big Panda IS currently out of commission, I believe. However, there are other lists out there, <A HREF="http://www.cartooncommunity.com/" TARGET=_blank>http://www.cartooncommunity.com/</A> being one of them, and if you go to <A HREF="http://gear.keenspace.com" TARGET=_blank>http://gear.keenspace.com</A> there are SEVERAL Keenspace dropdowns, as well as the Keenspace newsbox, that you can join, and it's relatively easy and painless to do so.
