According to a guy in my class (who claims to have built the same thing this kid did) pretty much any fool can do this, you find instructions and then just build the machine. It's a pretty simple design, it's just not going to do much for you except increase your nerd power.

I didn't know you could just, like, BUY deuterium though. Now I want to build one. Probably won't though.

Mostly I just wonder where this kid got the cash to have all these chemicals sitting around in his "lab" and if he has the proper eyewash station, etc. for it.
