Now that you have survived the first part of being a newbie… …what’s next?

There are many different forums here. Each one can have their own set of rules. What is grand in one could be a banning offense in another. Make sure that you read the Sticky at the top of the Forum which is usually called Rules. Please abide by them.

Sticky are so called because they are the first thing at the top of the page no matter what. They always contain important details. Read Them. Also each forum has it own moderator. These are like a super version of you or me. They are here to have fun BUT if they see something that should not be there they will move it elsewhere or even delete it. Under no circumstances is it clever to tee off a moderator. They will make your life here a living hell if you do. Above these super-posters are powers to which even they tremble in front of the almost legendary administrators. There are extremely few but powerful beyond extreme. They can grant life to a forum or otterly destroy it before it can even begin. They are not limited to where you see theyr name next to the forum but the power incompasses anything here. If you see one in your forum - look busy. It’s not even a bad idea to tee one of these off it’s worse than than… …how much worse? I could find anyone in a good enough state afterwards to tell me…

Next you may have wondered how do you get your links tidied up?

WARNING: Do not exceed 2MB as many people are still on dial up and will be waiting for ages. Do not over use!

Try both of these in a practice post. Preview it and see if that is what you wanted it to look like. If it is well done. If not… …try and see where it went wrong and try again. You need not actually post it.

Also actions are conveyed by writing the action and putting at either end of said action an asterik mark - *nods head*

I can't speak on my individual opinion, because apparently an individual raked this person over hot coals for mentioning MT and PA, and it scarred this poster for life! Now they're implying we ALL hate MT and PA!

Personally I can't stand MT and it's degenerating story, and shoddy update schedule. I like PA though.

We have variety here. STOP LABELLING US DAMMIT! GO LABEL BLANK LABEL!
