Anyone using a domain name ever see it take more than 6 days to begin working? I'd gotten confirmation from Kelly on sunday that mine was set up and it would take a couple of days but stull saying "forbidden."
thanks

Just to clarify:
Do you mean domain as in http://www.snowbones.com?
Or CG sub-domain as in snowbones.comicgenesis.com?
I'm not too familiar with general domain stuff, but if you are waiting on a CG sub-domain then the wait is minimum 7 days, possibly plus a few more days in some cases.
Normal fix: keep checking every 12 hours or so until it comes up (you should see the comic you submitted as comic #1).
If it's the first... keep checking this forum to see if someone who knows better has provided an answer. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Thanks for the reply.
I've actually had the cg site up and running for a few days http://bayside.comicgenesis.com. It's been about 7 days since the admins changed the servers to rederect from my new domain http://www.lifeatbayside.com and since then the site comes up forbidden. Contacted the admins and they're checking with the server guy about the problem so I'm not sure when the site will be available again.

Well lifeatbayside.com is unique ... as in for some reason it already exists. However internet archiver only brings up one reference to 2002 keenspace.
Remember that we have changed servers about 3 times since then, the domain is pointing to the wrong keenspot server. Any other domain issue would be working within 48 hours since it wouldn't have previously existed.
As for why it previously exists, I have no idea.

Well I may have registred that domain years ago right before I left keenspot. In this case, I set up the domain using the following information Kelly sent to me via link:
Get your registrar (the guys you used to buy your domain) to POINT the domain's DNS servers to it at ns3.keenspace.com and ns4.keenspace.com (you might also get them to try ns3.comicgenesis.com and ns4.comicgenesis.com, but some domain registrar's won't work with it)
I used the ns3.keenspace.com and ns4.keenspace.com as the dns servers. Should I change it?
