hey guys. I can get to certain stuff (like my main page) via URL, but it seems to have no idea who I am as it's lost my email, won't update my site, and is in general being a pain
I can log onto the FTP, and I can get to members.keenspace.com/rds, but can't do much else. Anyone know what's up or can lead a hand or anything please let me know. God bless'
RDS

Yep. Same problem.
I can get into members.keenspace.com/lark, I can FTP in, but I can't initiate an autokeen update, and it won't autokeen by itself.
This is very discouraging, frustrating, etc. Anyone know of a fix that I can initiate, or do I have to wait until they read the email I sent them?
Thank you.
------------------

e-mailing the Keenies is a dicey affair, in that you need to know the best one to e-mail and how to catch their attention.
For this problem, I'd e-mail nate -- he's most likely the one to know the answer. For quick response, make the subject line informative and include as much information as possible in the body of the message. Include what you've tried, times of day you've tried, URLs, software being used (browser and/or FTP), your ISP, etc etc etc.
If you feel you're being ignored (or Nate is on vacation), it's often helpful to e-mail Teri, who does very little of the high-tech stuff, but checks her e-mail more regularly and will forward to the right person(s), and e-mail from Teri seems to get priority, as nate and gav know she wouldn't forward anything frivolous.
If I may make a comparison, e-mailing Teri is a little like praying to Mary -- she's not the One who gets things done, but she listens well and has the ear of the Man.
------------------
