Just learned this for the first time after watching Mythbusters, guess I got my weekend planned. :D

Opena 2 liter bottle of diet coke, drop in a few mentos mints, get a geyser shooting up in the air 10 feet. Rapid release of the CO2 gas.

When I first heard about this (on the news, actually, mentioned in a story on viral videos), I was thinking a couple drunk college guys doing something stupid to procrastinate their homework.

When I actually saw it, though...

Whoa. That's....cool.

Though I wince at how sticky absolutely EVERYTHING (including those guys) must have been afterward.
