Siteadmin problems

Post by Xechireon »

I logged into siteadmin.comicgenisis.com:8080. It logged, but the page was blank. Nothing. Then I tried logging into siteadmin.comicgenesis.com.
this message appears all the time

Finding FTP accounts...
There are no comics available to you
Please add a comic by entering your ComicGenesis FTP username and Password in the boxes below.

I tried my comic account, forum account, and comic URL. the URL might not have worked since I haven't posted any comics yet.

I would have replied to a thread but it was closed. Hope someone can help me on these issues.

What Lando said. Try logging into your comic through an FTP program first (If you don't know about FTP, click here). This will be the comic username mentioned in your confirmation email. Then you can use the same name and password to add a comic in siteadmin (the "no comics available" message is normal, so at least you know that's working)
This is going in my notebook titled "Things I Didn't Know about Surface Dwellers."
