I. Am. So. Very. Lost.
This is the first time I've ever had to use a method so cumbersome to upload a website (or perhaps my n00bishness is making it cumbersome). My FTP client (SmartFTP) recognizes my site name and my username but refuses to recognize my password, which I am positive I typed correctly. Could anyone be so kind and so savvy as to tell me what the problem is/could be and how I might fix it? Thanks a million.
Ah yes, I would like to point out to those who would suggest my requesting a new password the fact that the Lost and New Password for Keenspace Accounts section appears to be unavailable or removed. =/ Thanks again to anyone with answers!

This doesn't appear to be down for me. First use the top part to change your password, then when you recieve the email enter the code in the bottom part.
