OT: News of My Health

I had a little injury two weeks ago in karate class, at sparring practice.

Look here for updates. I'll try to keep you updated.

I'll be praying for you - I know what it's like (having broken at different times my right arm, wrist and several fingers - I'll leave the breaks on the other 3 appendages and fractured skull out for now :D).

Sounds like the doctor is saying you broke the Scaphoid. Is that right?

Correct. I'm darn lucky not to have broken the sole blood vessel supplying it. I'd have a dead bone and a serious need to see a hand surgeon! :o Not fun!

*Shudders* too right ... get well soon strange. Breaking stuff is a foreign experience to me so it sounds doubly painful :o
