Well, subsequently, my day got kind of crappy, long story short - lots of walking in order to get to work today and the store was pretty dead.

...However, I still got the fanart piece, which for some reason I'm still buzzed about hours later. :D

You need to stop by chat to see how false that statement is.

If I'm still alive in forty five minutes I'm going to be seriously disappointed.

I would, but I'd probably break something.

I'm good at that.

6/6/6 Turned out to be my lucky day...

I won $50 on a scratch ticket on Tuesday. XD

I had a job interview on 6/6 and they hired me.

I hope that my good fortune on the 6th doesn't signify my rise as the antichrist or something. I don't think I'd make a very good antichrist.

Oh, of course nothing happened. I'm the whole reason for the existence of the universe and I skipped that day entirely by virtue of crossing the international date line. What would be the point of armageddon if I wasn't even there for it?

That depends. Were you interviewing to be the antichrist?

I saw The Omen on 6/6/6 with my friend and her boyfriend in Wichita.

And the tickets were $6! And there were three of us! BONUS 666!!!

And then we stayed up late and tried to steal golf carts but they were tied up, so instead we went up on the roof of this building and listened to the boyfriend play guitar, and I slipped on the roof and did a faceplant and my jeans got all dirty and I don't have another pair to dig out so in addition to my blue hair I look like I was working on my car or something weird like that.

I love Liev Schrieber.

Okay I'm done now.

Wasn't the whole 6/6/06 thing moot to begin with since the real number of the beast is 616?

The Catholic Calender is off by about 10 days when they advanced it somewhere in the 1500s. So it's not even 6/6/6 anymore... but tell that to the local satanist worshippers. Few churches were spray painted with a message about how serving in heaven is worse than being a sinner in hell. Broken windows, upside down crosses, you name it.

I doubt it matters. If it's down to a number in a randomly selected arbitrary dating system then it has nothing to do with any physical clockwork anyway.

Or: If it's going to be 6/6/6, it'll be 6/6/6 whenever that happens to be.

See you in another thousand years.
