I started out with a nick that was a combo of my hair color and name - Redabeth. Reda for short. Pronouced red dah, not re duh. Might have stuck to it if it wasn't for stalkers from my past
The mrs_rkolter came about cause everyone knows me via rkolter. Those who know me well enough just call me by my first name
Change? I would go by BethK, as I sometimes do on chat.

Well. The first name I had ever used was HOLADER. I had made it up for a west wood account, so I could play RED ALERT online. That actually stuck with me for a bit. Not to to long ago, I was calling myself FRANTIC in some chatrooms. Then damn Metallica, came out with there St. Anger cd, and everyone was all like, Frantic, thats the name of a Metallica song. So I killed that name, cause I got tired of the connection. So I went back to holader for a bit. Then I got hooked onto MUDs. And needed to think up a good name for I. I had thout of of, KLONDARK, But I was forced to change that coause it was to close to some importand dude, can't remember what it was. So I thought for a bit, and I came up with EVANGIAR. I still use that name one like multiplayer games, like when we play big games of HALO. Then, I joined CG. First I was gonna make my name, BACKROADS. But I was like nah. At the time I was listening to RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE. So I thought, I know! I shall be, DAVE AGAINST THE MACHINE! I wouldn't change it if I could. Heh, Rock. My little bro was like kool_kid on hotmail also. thats hilarious.
EDIT: I bet you wern't wanting a long paragraph like that.

I used to be a bit troubled by "mcDuffies" because I like my real name and real-life nick and prefere going by it. But neither of those caught up so I separated: mcDuff for most of comic-related forums, Achim for other.
Now, I'd never change mcDuffies. At least in this community, "mcDuffies" has became related to me in people's mind. You might say that, instead of trying to make my name something that would describe me, in the end my name started describing me by association with me.

I'd change it to Sheep, my nick outside of the internet. But, since all of my online accounts anywhere are registered with Kilre, I might as well keep up tradition and stay the course.

If I could change it here, I'd likely change it to LZorro, the nick I use on chat and everywhere else on the Internet. If only for consistancy. And "Tim" is somewhat generic and bland, Internet-ally speaking.

*dicks about*
I've started calling myself Dick Kittenheart elsewhere on the Internet, but I wouldn't want to change my nick here.

No, I wouldn't change my name. Prettydragoon was inspired by Sailor Moon, and I think it describes me rather well in a graphical arts context.
This webcomic, seen here is hosted on the free web host Comic Genesis which pretty much proves its not popular.

yeah it's the name of my comic, but I like going by Legostar, or "Legs" is probably the most appropriate nickname I've ever had (both in the sense of it's fitting and it's not an insult) due to both it being a shortening of Legostar and what with my dancing and all.
