Missing Pages in the Archive

My archives still aren't archiving.

I have attempted to upload and reupload the two pages missing again and again. They've shown up in the public_html/comics folder now, but direct linking to the images shows an internal error. I go to delete the pages from public_html/d but they haven't even been generated. They are correctly named, and they used to show up on the front page.

Is this a problem with Autokeen?

The pictures themselves aren't corrupt; they uploaded to Photobucket just fine. I've been trying to fix it but I have no idea what's going on...

Pardon me for asking the obvious right away (because 90% of the time this is the problem), but have you done a Full Update to update all HTML files?
