I have put up a list of ISPs that we are having problems with on the CG Wiki here:

These include (but not limited to):
  • AOL
  • Webmail providers Yahoo! Mail and Hotmail
  • Earthlink
  • Wanadoo.fr and Proxad.net/free.fr
  • Verizon
