I forgot that I do have a food related hobby - to eat from* every possible species I can get my hands on.

* "From" means I'll eat some part of them, not that I'll eat any given specific part. Bull testicles aren't on the menu, nor is monkey brain, yak anus, or any other body part I don't choose to eat. Bull, Monkey, and Yak themselves are on the menu tho.

I am apparently in something of a race with Net. I think I've had more insects, but he's had ostrich and that upsets me greatly because I want to try one.

I used to collect key chains but I quit long ago.
I also used to do various crafts but I haven't had time for that in years. I even knew how to saw plushies.

I know Kangaroo is. Mmmmm...

Oh, and I used to collect unique match books. I had several hundred in a huge glass tumbler.

I stopped collecting them shortly after wondering just how cool it would be to drop a lit match into the tumbler.

It was cool.

In hindsight, I could have just bought a few boxes of match books and not destroyed the collection it took me years to make. Hindsight is always 20/20 and all that. :-?

I'd still be upset if I burnt all that stuff. Though I still have a lot of pogs in my drawer.

I have a collection of pig piggy banks as Ryan mentioned. I have a small army of rubber duckies too. Cut down on my plushies - one bin or so left. Same for candles. I have shelf on a shelf full of them.

Trying to minimize things. Trying that is XD

I have a collection of stuffed animals. Never really thought of it as a hobby, but I guess it is. I have a winged badger named Ed.

That's either a bad typo, or Jim leads an envious life.

I blame City of Heroes for everything. (still no level 50, but damn it all if I didn't beat down more gang members than what could actually fit within the city limits. ...seriously, do these guys have some recruiting drive I never heard about?)

Anyone else still play that game? It gets so lonely on Virtue sometimes..

[edit]Oooooohhh.... no more post counts beside out posts. That's new.
Really? What's your global.

I just got a level 50, and am now working on a Warshade.

Hobbies, hobbies . . . I, uh . . . uhm.

Every once in a while I'll go through a collecting phase where I'll collect beanie babies, or trading cards, or something weird, then I'll tire of it. So I usually don't start anymore, because I know I'll just end up with a bunch of stuff I don't care about.

I write, a little. I draw, a little. I paint, a little. Most of these impulses are being spent on my comic, though.

I collect Terry Pratchett books. I currently have a copy every Discworld novel out, even ones I could just borrow from the library. I don't have a lot of the side books, like Discworld companions or artbooks, because they're much harder to find in the US. I hope to read every book Terry Pratchett has published, and right now they're releasing the Johnny books, but I want to pick those ones up cheap used or at least in paperbacks. After that I need to read Dark Side of the Sun, The Unadulterated Cat and any of those extra material Discworld books I can get my hands on. Oh, and Science of the Discworld III! I want it so badly . . .

I played D&D for a while but dropped it because I was bored with it.

. . . I really don't do a lot lately.

I hear the squids are fun... My global is Crossfire225 (go fig.) If you're running around Virtue (hero side) look for Dr. Ruster. I've been having silly amounts of fun with energy/elec blapping...

Hobbies? Well, I'm in the SCA. I get to dress in funny clothes and hit people with sticks. I'm also working on calligraphy. I like to read, mostly science fiction and fantasy. Lately I've become interested in anime and manga.
This webcomic, seen here is hosted on the free web host Comic Genesis which pretty much proves its not popular.
Oh noes! Read all about the tormented artist I am!

Darn it. I'm positive I won't be able to import witchety grubs, honey ants, emu eggs or emu meat for the cookout.

Well, there's always vegemite. It's made out of little mites that eat people's vegetable patches, you know.

No one in Australia drinks that stuff. That's for exporting to people who don't know better.
