My hobby is complaining, particularly about television, movies and whatever else is on my mind. I complain not because i'm annoyed at anything, but because its fun, gives me an attention boost, and it encites conversations amongst the people around me. My real life (not comic related) humor is based around complaining, and it entertains alot of people.

When most people think of complaining, they think of it as a negative....But I'm the rare example of complaining as a positive trait.

Hobbies? Nahhh.... Obsessions? Hells ya.

I blame City of Heroes for everything. (still no level 50, but damn it all if I didn't beat down more gang members than what could actually fit within the city limits. ...seriously, do these guys have some recruiting drive I never heard about?)

Anyone else still play that game? It gets so lonely on Virtue sometimes..

[edit]Oooooohhh.... no more post counts beside out posts. That's new.

Wow, when I think about it I'm such a plain person. Playing Magic: The Gathering has to be my biggest hobby, after which would be Dungeons and dragons, and occasionally I play some DDR. (I play WoW too, but I'm pretty sure that falls under addiction, not hobby)

Well, scanning through this I see I've forgotten some.

I collect rocks (gems included) and bats...and I suppose you could call my movies a collection by now. Play RPGs...with Jim as a husband I don't see how I forgot that one. Play computer and video games occasionally.

I act, but I don't consider that a hobby, since it's what I'm going into career-wise. And I sing, but need some major voice lessons to get as good as I'd like to be.

A fellow swimmer! What was your specialty? I was the primary long distance swimmer in high school, always having to swim the 200 and 500 freestyles.

Other interests include painting, music (listening, not playing), comics, comics, and comics. Primarily Marvel with a sprinkle of DC here and there. I grab all the books of my favorite newspaper funnies as well.

Oh man, I don't do much other than draw and go to classes. I do enjoy playing computer games, but I can't afford any right now. :(

I stridently avoid any non-nerdy hobbies. I play video games, I do RPGs, I write some. I used to collect neat rocks and bottles but now I collect swords.

I am dork! hear me type!

it goes clicky-click
NJ is also Orion's fiance of sexy passion with the love of a thousand sea monkeys

Hobbies?
Origami. Playing a guitar and occasionally writing a song or two. Cooking.
Collecting movies and reading - well, if you consider those hobbies, yes I do watch a lot of movies and always read something, but I never thought of them as hobbies I'm dedicated to. Blog in which I write about them is more of a hobby, though.
I used to make models of houses and stuff, nowadays I don't have any time for that.

I only play one video game series, and I play it infrequently so it's not really a hobby.

There's a clue as to what it is in my signature

That's either a bad typo, or Jim leads an envious life.

(Kat didn't typo - I'm just yanking yer chain.)

Denial is not falsification. You can't avoid a fact just because you don't like it.
