Rhymes and reason.

Just when you think that the PC crowd has gone as far as they can go, they come up with new idiocy.

Dude... What are they smoking. Seriously, what is a "Rainbow Sheep"?

Is it a play on words like "Lucy in the Sky with Dimonds"?

Bonus points for anyone who can tell the class what that song was really about.

BTW, here's a nice tidbit on Political Correctness: http://www.madblast.com/index.cfm?action=view&id=12810 Enjoy.

If they're going to do something so ridiculous as removing "black" from "Baa Baa Black Sheep", the least -- the very least -- they could do is at least find some alternative word that scans. Replacing a one-syllable word in a song with a two-syllable word is stupid, ignorant, idiotic, unaesthetic, devoid of any concept of art or music, and ... well, basically everything we've come to expect from the P.C. cabal.

The nerve of these homocentric bigots, to imply that a sheep's only function is to provide three bags full of its own wool, grown through its sweat and tears, just to make speciesist sweaters for churlish, exploitive humans. Where's PETA when you need them, eh?

Alas, some barking moonbat group with similar initials took the peta.org domain away from its original owner, but the original PETA site is still available at http://mtd.com/tasty/

Hasn't been updated in 10 years, alas... But take a look, and contemplate the purple complexion, the soprano shrieks of outrage, the veins popping out all over the faces of the nutburger group when they saw this.

They changed it to rainbow to make it 'non-racist'. Some yutz I know suggested that it was to make the sheep gay in an attempt to promote the homosexual agenda.

The other bowdlerizations are removing the seven dwarves from Snow White and keeping Humpty Dumpty from falling because it would frighten children.
