Yes, this is a frivolous post, but waiting to see what ugliness reveals itself with the sleepers (it's becoming obvious they aren't just juvenile troublemakers) reminds me of why I like the strip so much. It isn't really the art (though that's nothing to sneeze at) or the furriness, it's quite simple.
Gene is one heck of a good storyteller!
-- ArchTeryx

This the first time I've
ever embarked on a story of this magnitude.
Although the basic comic started out as a
fixture in a newsletter on a job I had years
ago, what you are reading now has gone far
beyond the story I drew then. I can't promise
to make every reader happy, but I DO promise
to put my best effort into it. If I've
managed to generate some suspense, I guess
I've done fairly well. <=)

That wasn't meant to be a complaint, but a compliment... Lol! I'm so used to ironizing everything, I even do some compliments that way!
------------------

Speed isn't everything. I'd bet Sabrina Online wouldn't be as famous as it is if it were faster.
I'm pretty satisfied with the speed of the story. Besides, waiting for the next "chapter" is where half of the fun is.
------------------

I bet it would be even more famous. I don't know anyone who honestly reads Sabrina for the plot.
