Seperated at birth?

I was just surfing through the old comics, and I just caught something.

Fat, obnoxious boss puffin' a cigar, with only his arm being shown.

Then to our current storyline, Fat, obnoxious boss munchin' down eats, with only his arm being shown.

Both in a similar buisness, both with similar attittudes (speculation on my part).

Think they're related? :)

Maybe, but we need to know the species of both bosses, if they're boars, maybe they're related to Gus?
