i find that if i really like a comic, i wont need bookmarks for them.

gpf-comics
questionable content
misfile
dominic deegan
megatokyo
applegeeks
captain snes
order of the stick
antihero for hire
anywhere but here
blackbird

but alot of them are rather know already, and it would be pointless to further link them.

I was just introducing a friend at work to comic genesis the other night and had compiled a list of my favorite CG comics, course for the life of me I can't remember them now.

that or I'm lazy when I'm not being paid.

This list is no longer entirely accurate, but it's close enough.

Ditto.
Plus a few stragglers that aren't on TWCL (or aren't checked by it anymore), so I have a tendency to forget to check them.

i think the world would be a happier place if every comic was labeled either "fantasy/scifi", "gamer", "shounen-ai", or "haitus/complete".

there's only three in the main rotation:
8:1
Anywhere But Here
Todd and Penguin
Venusenvy, though I keep changing my mind on that one

You Damn Kid used to be in the rotation, but the updates haven't been as good lately, though the image of Santa being plastered with poo will forever be treasured.

Yeah, I do that with a number of comics too...sometimes it's better to digest a comic in big meaty chunks than in little nibbles. Particularly if it's at all storyline based.

I try that every so often, but sometimes I forget which ones I was reading. There's a bunch of "hiatus" comics that I start reading, too, thinking that they'll start updating once I reach the end of the archives. Never happens.

Struth...don't fall for the misconception you have to read certain comics cos they belong to people here...that's by no means a yardstick to measure their quality...

A good many I haven't even clicked their links despite having read their posts and seen their amazing artwork for some time, and I keep thinking "I'll check it out soon, I'll check it out soon." I think one day eventually has to be "soon." :P

I've been following comics daily for three years and then I think that I just suddenly lost an attention span needed for that.

I try to read a lot of comics from people here to get to know them better. Plus, forum sig is as good reccomendation as any.

I have a (huge) folder for each weekday, two folders for dailys and one for comics on hiatus (and completed comics). The to-read list is in a .txt file (which is huge).

Unfortunately, a lot of the comics in my bookmarks are pending being moved to the hiatus folder, I've got more than a pair of dead urls that needs to be cleaned up, and honestly, I could do with removing some of the lower quality ones, and some of those that I've stopped paying attention to.

I don't actually have a lot in my bookmarks. Most of the comics I read, I found out about from reading other comics' front-page links, so I generally start with one comic and make the rounds, so to speak. Often, it's a forumite's comic, so I don't need a bookmark to get to it, anyway.

And anyway, I don't read anything on a regular basis; I'm another one of those people who reads in chunks.
