Changing your URL?

Post by Megaskunjii »

Hi everyone,

I write and draw "Super Temps". My problem is that when I signed up to Keenspace, I created the username "MegaSkunjii", my regular handle. This is because I assumed that I would be asked for a URL name -- because this is my first venture into public, free web hosting and didn't realize that the established standard is for the user name to be the URL. (I figured if you had many web comics, you'd have a single user name and several comics associated with it)

Suffice to say, having "Super Temps" being hosted at http://megaskunjii.keenspace.com is rather stupid, and it's all my own fault.

I just wanted to know if there would be any way for me to move my site to something more intelligent -- with a redirect for about a month afterwards?

Sincerely,

Scott Kinoshita

1) megaskunkjii is kinda cool

2) you can't change your comicgenesis url ... you'll have to sign up for another account

3) you can buy a domain really cheap that you can use instead

"Seems like the only comics that would be good to this person are super action crazy lines, mega poses!"
