I've had dates like that :-?
"It is the difference between the unknown and the unknowable, between science and fantasy - it is a matter of essence. The four points of the compass be logic, knowledge, wisdom and the unknown. Some do bow in that final direction. Others advance upon it. To bow before the one is to lose sight of the three. I may submit to the unknown, but never to the unknowable. The man who bows in that final direction is either a saint or a fool. I have no use for either."

Here we go. I've stared a Ghastly's Ghastly Clip Art gallery. I'll be periodically posting blank panels from the comic there that people can use for their own internet meme enjoyment.

Enjoy!

Could somebody please explain to me what assigning some silly caption to a picture has to do with the concept of the meme? Honestly, I see it described as "internet meme" everywhere, but I've never understood the connection to any facet of memetics.

Actually it's the other way around. Assigning a picture to a silly caption instead of a silly caption to a picture and then the concept evolves until it becomes a cultural meme. Like the way "kitten killing" has become a euphamism for masturbation.

And, after a full page of gawd alone knows what... we return to the question:

What the hell is FGSDS/FGSFDS?

Ah, so the task it to try to create a meme, then. I think I get it now.

You know, speaking of "kitten killing"; back when I was six, I asked an older neighbor what he meant when he said "beating off". It then went into a strange explanation that involved me pantomiming the act of stabbing a make-believe cat on my lap. The whole experience was so strange to me that it's more of an impression than a memory. I came away still completely unaware about what "beating off" was, but at least I knew how to stab a cat on my lap.

I knew the Kwerki at the projector screen would be a popular clip art. Incidently I've updated the clipart gallery just now, found a CD with some older files on it.

An easier way to do the clipart modification for the projector screen image is to create a new layer and put the image you want over the screen on that layer then select layer to Multiply with 100% opacity. Then the pointer and it's shadow show nicely on the image.

Nay, my friend, /b/ is the CENTER of the internet. All things flow through /b/, and it through them. Wherever there is connection, there is /b/.
